Important Information for Your Day Outing in Bangalore
All amusement park activities are available from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the club premises.
In case of any damage or breakage within the resort, charges will be added to the main bill unless written instructions specify individual billing.
Any service or item not included in your package will be charged separately.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
FAQ
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your visit, you’ll get a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24–48 hours, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, there is no refund.
Just drop us an email with your booking details. All cancellations must be made via email to be valid.
Unfortunately, in that case, no refund will be issued.
